- The 10-year warranty offer includes:
- Eligibility Requirements:
- This offer is available to retail customers only and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- The vehicle must be registered in the customer’s name at the time of purchase to qualify for the warranty.
- Promotion Period:
- To qualify for this offer, customers must purchase an eligible new or demo vehicle between January 1st, 2025, and March 31st, 2025. Eligible vehicles include:
- All New D90
- T60
- MY24 Deliver 9
- Deliver 7
- Warranty Activation:
- The 10-year warranty is activated upon the first retail sale and vehicle registration.
- The warranty is only valid within Australia.
- Service and Maintenance Requirements:
- To maintain warranty coverage, the vehicle must be serviced according to the manufacturer's recommended service schedule. Proof of service must be provided.
- Failure to maintain the vehicle according to the recommended service schedule may void the warranty.
- Exclusions:
- The warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or non-compliance with maintenance requirements.
- Wear and tear items such as tyres, brake pads, and clutch discs are not covered by the warranty.
- Warranty Transferability:
- The 10-year warranty is transferable to subsequent owners if the vehicle is sold during the warranty period.
- Claims Process:
- Warranty claims must be made through an authorized LDV service center. All claims are subject to inspection and approval.
- Promotion Validity:
- This promotion is valid only at Melville LDV and is subject to vehicle availability.
- Discretion of Melville LDV:
- Melville LDV reserves the right to refuse any claim if the vehicle is found to have been used for commercial purposes or beyond its intended design.
- Right to Alter or Cancel:
- Melville LDV reserves the right to alter or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
